Clay tile roofs are among the most popular and oldest roof styles - and one of the ones that lasts the longest. If the clay tiles are taken proper care of and of good quality, they can last 50 + years!

We recently installed this clay tile roof on a home here in Florida. We removed the old clay tiles while salvaging what we could to use on the new roof, replaced some of the rafters underneath, and reinstalled the mix of salvaged and new clay tiles:
