Recently completed: copper diamond tile roof in delaware

We just finished reroofing this 125-year-old home with a custom copper diamond tiled roof, specially designed for the roof. The roof was approx. 3,750 sq ft and was fabricated with 16 oz. copper sheets custom cut into diamond-shaped copper shingles. All the shingles were made in house at our Florida shop, then shipped to Delaware where the crew carefully installed each tile piece by piece, at a 16.5”x16.5” exposure. Full tiles slid up to lock on the interlocking slip of the installed shingles and nails fastened the top corners to hold into place. Eave tiles hemmed the drip edge. We are so proud of how this one turned out!
